We offer in-house repairs on all our GEMINI range of motors stretching as far back as the first GEMINI AC sliding gate motor. The gate motor repair shop is located at our factory in 406 Asetileen Road, Silvertondale.

Collection & Delivery: We will arrange with a courier to collect and deliver your motor at your door. An initial fee of R480.00 is payable as a Deposit (for the evaluation of your motor ~ R240.00) and include the Collection (R120.00) and Delivery fee (R120.00). This cost is non-refundable and the deposit (R240.00) will be subtracted of the final invoice. After the evaluation your will receive a quotation on the repair job.

Important: Please ensure that the motor is removed from your Gate/Garage door and ready for collection when repair is booked in.

Warranty: You will receive a 3 month warranty on all the repair work carried out. New electronic components will carry a full 12 month warranty as per the instruction manual.
